COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this course we review information based on the Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration referred to as PHMSA 49 CFR Subtitle B Part 177 carriage by public highway. Federal Motor Carrier Regulations referred to as FMCSR as documented in 49 CFR Parts 390-397 also covers requirements for drivers but is outside of the scope of this course.
