We’re here to help! A dedicated support person is assigned to your account. Not a ticket queue. Your rep knows your name, your setup, and your history. Call or email them directly whenever you have questions about your eSafety account.
How do I know eSafety is the right fit?
We'll tell you! We qualify before sending you an agreement, so we know we’re the right fit for your training needs. If your organization needs features we don't offer, we're honest about that upfront.
